How to Practice Listening Prayer

Are you just getting started experimenting with more creative types of prayer? Have you felt a bit bored always talking to God in a one-way dialog and not sensing anything from God in return? Are you open to letting God speak to you through His Word, through other people, and the Holy Spirit who lives in you…but you don’t have much experience with the latter? This training will be useful if you want to:
- Learn ways to sense Jesus Christ guiding you in everyday moments so that you can be led by the Spirit in your interactions with Muslims.
- Experience God through listening prayer yourself so that you can help people in other cultures experience Him.
- Hear from God about your identity, His identity, and how to discern His will.
Based on her newly released book Across the Street and Around the World: Following Jesus to the Nations in Your Neighborhood….and Beyond, Jeannie will discuss how to pray by doing more listening to God than talking.
